Service Description

Your job is to celebrate your love story-- allow me to ensure your events success and enjoy a stress free day. After your consultation you'll receive a custom google drive proposal, including your inspiration, and a bunch of helpful tools. This service is designed for the couple who have completed all of their wedding plans and simply needs a professional to facilitate the day and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In the week leading up to your big day I will contact each of your vendors and your venue to get all of the information necessary to ensure the day goes off without a hitch, On your special day, I will be the direct line of communication for everyone, including vendors, to ensure the day is conducted according to your plans. After a deposit is received, you'll further get a Day of Overview which will include everything from what time each vendor will be arriving, anything they may need, a custom list of what I need to bring for your wedding, tasks for my team to complete, and a thorough timeline to keep the day flowing correctly. This base package special includes event decor setup, instructing vendors, bridal party wrangling, and remaining by your side as your point person until the moment you walk down the aisle. I begin setup as early as your venue allows and my assistants continue to through the start of your reception. I will be by your side ensuring everything is picture perfect for you to walk down the aisle-- just to be on hand for anything you need, and overall give you peace of mind that your vision will be brought to life. I will pin boutonnières on the groom & grooms men, line everyone up accordingly, remind all the girls how to hold they're bouquets (as pass out the necessary tissues to hid in the hand you hold your bouquet in (a trade secret!), and I will be there to fluff your dress and veil before giving you the go ahead to head down the aisle. I include 2 hours of preparation communication to ensure everything is set in place from discovering your vision to assigning jobs as to who is taking home what. I also include these hours of prep time to answer any design questions, get on the same page as your vendors, and really get everyone in your bridal party on board to ensure that you can relax and enjoy the day. 16 hours | Starting at $1,949
